About Dynagentic

Built Because the Agentic Era Demands a New Kind of Firm

AI-native from the ground up. Methodology-first by design. Built by practitioners who have done this at scale.

Dynamic + Agentic = Dynagentic

Dynagentic represents the fusion of two forces: Dynamic, the catalyst for change, and Agentic, the capacity for independent, purposeful action. The name is a statement of intent. This is a company built to move enterprises from AI experimentation into governed, autonomous intelligence that compounds value with every iteration.

We are an AI-native enterprise services firm. That distinction matters. We were not a traditional consultancy that added an AI practice. We were not a software company that bolted on services. Dynagentic was conceived, structured, and staffed from the ground up for a single purpose: closing the Agentic Gap.

Anthropic-Aligned Builder

Our builders operate at the absolute frontier of the Anthropic ecosystem, delivering elite implementations that maximize model intelligence. Current Status: Formal partner badge onboarding in progress.

AWS-Native Architects

Our infrastructure is built native to AWS from day one, ensuring absolute reliability, security, and velocity across all client environments. Current Status: Advanced APN network designations scaling actively.

Our methodology is proven across four harmonized pillars: Think Big Strategy, Train, Build, and Support, all engineered to ignite agentic success from day one. Our Academy up-skills your team. Our Lab injects production-ready accelerators. Our 6D AISDLC Framework enforces elite engineering governance. Together, they form the operating system for the agentic enterprise.

Dynagentic is headquartered in Salt Lake City with teams in New York, Mexico City and Dublin. We are early-stage, founder-led, and building with the same ambition and enterprise DNA that scaled Think Big Analytics to 5,000 people across 17 countries.

A Proven Blueprint. Built Better.

When Rick Farnell co-founded Think Big Analytics in 2010, big data and cloud were chaotic buzzwords and most enterprises struggled to extract real value. The prevailing service model then was the exact same one that slows down AI progress today: legacy consultancies arrive, build a fragmented solution, leave, and the customer is no more capable than before.

Rick and his core engineering leaders rejected that transactional model. Together, they pioneered a high-velocity co-delivery practice that embedded directly alongside customer teams, transferring elite technical skills during every engagement to leave organizations permanently autonomous. The approach revolutionized the industry. Think Big grew to over 5,000 team members across 17 countries, competing directly against Palantir, Accenture, and McKinsey's QuantumBlack.

Dynagentic is the next chapter of that shared legacy. The agentic era presents the exact same structural challenges pioneered in 2010. Transformative technology is available, but enterprises lack the operational methodology, the trained people, and the governance frameworks to turn it into durable business value.

The Dynagentic Methodology takes that proven co-build and co-train instinct and re-engineers it for the era of autonomous intelligence. Every pillar exists because our collective leadership spent over a decade deployment-testing these principles across hundreds of global customers. We are growing fast, founder-led, backed by conviction capital, and building with the exact same enterprise DNA and think big mindset that scaled our previous venture on a global canvas.

Battle-Tested Chemistry. Day One.

Dynagentic's charter leadership team operates with an elite level of trusted chemistry that cannot be manufactured. We represent a decade-long convergence of enterprise mastery, where every leader has actively participated in the shared legacy that informs our methodology. This collective unit was forged through every major global milestone, scaling operations seamlessly from the United States into EMEA and APAC. Together, we navigated and led through the full market maturity of two revolutionary technology eras: big data analytics and the cloud.

Yet, our greatest operational feat was not merely expanding across 17 countries or building an organization of over 5,000 consultants. It was the incredibly rare achievement of keeping our core culture strong, cohesive, and completely true throughout that entire hyper-growth trajectory. Anyone can grow headcount in a white hot market, but very few can scale an elite standard of excellence without breaking the soul of the company. That exact operational blueprint, where world-class technology and an ironclad culture grow in perfect lockstep, is precisely what we are deploying in the agentic era as Dynagentic.

The Values We Operate By

1. Collective Mastery

Dynagentic is a team-first enterprise. We select professionals who actively make the people around them better. Individual brilliance matters, but it matters most when it lifts the entire room. We co-build together, we win together, and we hold each other to operational standards that none of us could sustain alone.

2. Customer Autonomy Over Dependency

Every decision starts with a single question: does this make our customer permanently more capable? We refuse to optimize for billable hours or create artificial dependency. Instead, we establish client autonomy so we become a strategic partner and not just a services provider. Through the Dynagentic Lab, we absorb the full burden of constant innovation. Our Lab continuously feeds next-generation breakthroughs back to our customers through ongoing support, training, and systemic co-building, managing the velocity of the AI horizon so your enterprise can focus entirely on its core business.

3. Think Big Mindset

True transformation requires setting the strategic ambition at the highest level the technology allows. For Dynagentic, thinking big is never an all-or-nothing gamble. It is a highly disciplined ambition. We align our engineering to the correct long-term destination, but we execute through a rigorous, phased methodology that anchors every step to immediate, quantifiable business results. We plan for global scale, but we deliver velocity and proof along the way.

4. Authenticity Through Rigor

We say what we mean. Our documentation, frameworks, and code read exactly the same whether they are on our public website, in a formal enterprise proposal, or in an internal Slack thread. We do not perform confidence, we earn it through raw engineering rigor. If we do not know something, we say so. If we make a mistake, we own it. Authenticity is not a value we declare; it is an environment our customers experience.
